"Every design is developed, prototyped and quality-tested before it's approved for production. Our warranty backs what that testing promises."
Coverage
5 years, from the day it arrives.
Every TheSwaf piece is backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects — issues that trace back to how a piece was made, not how it was worn. Everyday wear is expected, but damage from drops, impact or accidental misuse sits outside that coverage.
Returns
45 days to be sure.
Didn't work out? You have 45 days from delivery to return it. Full terms are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
If Something's Wrong
Tell us. We'll make it right.
If a piece doesn't hold up the way it should, reach out through Contact with your order details and photos, and we'll walk you through the next step.
Why We Can Offer This
"Made to order, checked before it ships — not pulled off a shelf."
Every piece is cast, finished and quality-checked individually rather than mass-produced and warehoused. That's what a 5-year warranty is built on.
Made to be worn. Backed for years.
