We want you to feel completely confident ordering from us — and that confidence shouldn't stop at checkout. If a piece doesn't feel right once it arrives, you have a generous 45 days from delivery to send it back for a return or exchange.

How It Works

There's no complicated form to fill out and no runaround: just email us at support@theswaf.com with your order number, and a real person will walk you through the next steps from there.

Returns & Exchanges

Both follow the same 45-day window from delivery. To help us keep offering things like free repairs and a five-year warranty on every single piece, a small $9.95 processing fee applies to returns, and the original shipping cost isn't refunded — beyond that, there's nothing else to worry about.

Return shipping is on you, though if you're shipping from within the US, just ask and we'll send over a prepaid label to make it easier. Once your piece is back in our hands, we don't sit on it — refunds go out within 3 to 5 business days.

A couple of things worth knowing as you shop: because so many of our pieces are engraved or personalized for the person wearing them, those made-just-for-you details mean we aren't able to accept personalized pieces back once they're made. If your order came with a promotional gift, we just ask that it travels back with the piece if you do return it. And to keep things fair and workable for every customer, each order can go through a return, refund or exchange once.

If Something Goes Wrong

If something ever arrives wrong, that one's on us — email us and we'll make it right at no cost to you, no questions asked. And it doesn't stop at the return window: every TheSwaf piece is backed by free repairs for as long as you own it (plating excluded), on top of that five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a piece truly can't be repaired, we'll remake it from scratch, made specially for you all over again — because a piece from us should stay right for years, not just for 45 days.
