Steps to Return or Exchange an Item/Items:

Care when Returning and Exchanges Items:
Please include your order receipt and then package the pieces back into their original packaging to ensure that all of the pieces stay protected in their original form. If pieces are returned and damaged due to improper packaging, the customer will be responsible for the price of the damaged product. No refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Only online purchases from THESWAF official website will be eligible for refund or exchange, Generally, we may allow refund or exchange of products within 14 days of its delivery date.
- When we receive an item returned in the stated conditions, we will issue a full refund within the same day.
- As a general rule, only the purchased products that are unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches and blemishes are eligible to be considered for any refund or exchange.
- If your product arrived faulty or damaged, please let us know! Just ship the item back to us and we will start the exchange process.
- When returning or exchanging a product, please note that all customers are responsible for any shipping charges that may occur.
- You shall be fully responsible for all shipping fees and charges associated with any refund or exchange. Your general obligation to pay any and all taxes and duties will continue to apply.
- We do not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange, you can request a refund and when the transaction is completed, you can make the purchase again.
- If the wrong ring size is given, please contact us for your new size after return. The customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees for returns.
- If there is any problem or error in your order, please contact us if the faulty item was delivered. This will be fixed quickly
We devote ourselves for serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. All that meticulous processes are to make you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you will not have to worry about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the
same time we ensure that the packing is completed such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that THESWAF is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified as soon as you receive your money.
THESWAF is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
