Order Delivery Timeframe: You will receive an order confirmation once you place an order. All orders take 1-3 days to process, depending on inventory, and are dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been processed. You will receive an order shipment confirmation.

Shipping Times:

• USA and Canada: Shipping may take 1-4 business days after dispatch (Express).
• Europe and United Kingdom: Shipping may take 1-3 business days after dispatch.
• Other Countries: Average delivery time ranges from 1-5 business days.

Note: Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.

Important Notes:

• If there is any damage to the package during delivery or if the box is empty, please do not accept the package.
• If the shipping company fails to deliver, customers do not suffer any loss.

Please note that THESWAF has no control over these fees and we cannot advise on what the costs will be as they vary from one country to another. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We cannot reimburse you for duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery.
