IS IT REAL STERLING SILVER?
Yes. Every THESWAF piece is made from solid 925 sterling silver. Our gold pieces feature a thick layer of genuine gold vermeil over the same 925 sterling silver base — not plated base metal.
WILL THE JEWELRY TARNISH OVER TIME?
925 sterling silver can develop a natural patina over time, particularly with regular wear. This can be restored with a soft silver polishing cloth. Many of our oxidized pieces are intentionally finished to have a darker, aged appearance — this is part of the design, not a flaw.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders. Once placed, orders are processed within 1-3 days and dispatched within 24 hours of processing. Delivery times after dispatch are as follows: USA and Canada 1-4 business days, Europe and UK 1-3 business days, and all other countries 1-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Contact us at support@theswaf.com and we'll send a ring sizing kit to your address. If you need to exchange for a different size, we'll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
