Data Deletion Request

If you signed in to THESWAF using Facebook (or Google) and want your personal data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Email us at support@theswaf.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name

• The email address used on THESWAF (and, if applicable, your Facebook account email)

• Optional: order number(s) to help us locate your account

You can also remove THESWAF from your Facebook account here: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → Remove.
(Removing the app on Facebook stops future data sharing; it does not delete data we already hold—please still email us.)

What we delete

• Account profile data (name, email, profile image), social login identifiers, and access tokens

• Saved preferences and session data

• Marketing profiles associated with your account

What we may retain: Order, payment, and invoice records that we are legally required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes. These records are minimized and retained only for the required period.

Timeline

We process verified requests within 30 days (up to 90 days for backups). You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

Identity verification

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your email address and/or provide basic information related to recent activity (e.g., last order number).
