The Ouroboros Signet Ring is a signet in 925 sterling silver carrying the ouroboros, the serpent shown swallowing its own tail that first appears in ancient Egyptian art. The snake is engraved on the face of the ring as a closed circle, its scales worked along the body and its head turned back to meet the tail, with scrollwork filling the ground around it.
