The Baroque Acanthus Heraldic Signet Ring is a 925 sterling silver signet with a broad octagonal face engraved with symmetrical acanthus scrollwork, the carved leaf classical and Baroque ornament used to fill a panel. The two halves of the face mirror each other, the way a heraldic device is built around a central axis.
The face carries no crest, initial or figure, only the foliage: the ornament that normally frames a coat of arms is left to stand alone. Paneled shoulders carry the same leaf down both sides.
